The NorthStar Forwarders Alliance 3rd Annual Partnership Meeting, held from April 8–11, 2025, at the luxurious Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort, was a resounding success.

Co-located with Combined Logistics Networks (CLN) and Magenta Logistics Network, this year’s in-person gathering brought together over 300 freight forwarders from across the globe, including 30+ of our specialized FCL Forwarders—reinforcing our community’s commitment to collaboration, quality, and growth.

As the premier global alliance for FCL forwarding, NorthStar continues to provide a meaningful platform for relationship-building and long-term partnerships.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our dedicated members for their trust and participation. This conference has once again proven that when strong partners come together, new opportunities follow.

The event kicked off with a vibrant Registration Pre-Party featuring Free-Flow Beer, where delegates gathered in an informal setting to break the ice and start networking.

While the pre-party was in full swing, some delegates took the opportunity to attend the dynamic “Leading with Energy” workshop led by Fabian AE. This engaging session focused on unlocking personal power and potential, equipping participants with the clarity and confidence to make the most of the conference ahead.

The momentum carried into the evening with a Joint Welcome Cocktail Reception, co-hosted with CLN and Magenta, where members from all three networks came together in a relaxed, celebratory atmosphere. It was a night filled with meaningful conversations, shared laughter, and new connections—setting the perfect tone for the days to follow.

The event featured a range of impactful activities, starting with Network Updates led by Nils Walle, Director & Co-Founder of RW Solutions. Nils shared key insights on the latest developments within the networks, recognized new members, and expressed gratitude to the sponsors whose support made this event possible. Following this, an engaging Panel Discussion provided valuable perspectives on the future of forwarding industry, sparking meaningful conversations among attendees.

The Loyalty Awards ceremony proudly honored long-standing members for their continued commitment to NorthStar. This year’s awardees included:

The program continued with a motivating Keynote Presentation by Fabian AE, titled “The Energy Advantage,” which empowered attendees with practical strategies to unlock their personal and professional potential. The day was capped off with a memorable group photo, capturing the spirit of collaboration and connection among delegates.

In the evening, all the ladies from NorthStar, CLN, and Magenta gathered at the Seen Restaurant & Bar at Avani+ Riverside Hotel for a delightful Ladies Night. The scenic venue provided an ideal setting for relaxed networking, celebration, and further strengthening the bonds of collaboration.

A key highlight of the event was the Face-to-Face Meetings, where members from NorthStar, CLN, and Magenta came together for scheduled one-on-one sessions. These meetings provided a structured yet personal platform for delegates to explore new business opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships, and connect with fellow forwarders from around the world.

From Day 2 to Day 4, the focus was on these fruitful interactions—fostering collaboration, generating leads, and reinforcing the spirit of trust and partnership across the networks. The energy in the meeting halls reflected the momentum and potential these connections continue to build.

As a well-deserved treat after a full day of productive Face-to-Face Meetings, delegates were invited to unwind aboard the Chao Phraya Princess for a scenic Sunset Cruise. Gliding along Bangkok’s iconic river, attendees enjoyed breathtaking skyline views, live entertainment, a sumptuous buffet dinner, and free-flowing drinks. The cruise turned into a lively floating party, offering the perfect mix of celebration and connection in a relaxed, elegant setting.

The night didn’t end there—the celebration continued at the Sin Rooftop Bar at Avani+ Hotel, where NorthStar Director & Co-Founder, Chris Raeuber, took over the DJ booth. With cocktails in hand and beats in the background, delegates danced, mingled, and closed the night on a high note—energized and united by the unforgettable experience.

The event concluded with a relaxed Closing Happy Hour in the afternoon, where delegates gathered to enjoy free-flow beer and bid farewell to one another. It was a moment to reflect on the connections made and the successful days spent together. As the afternoon unfolded, attendees shared goodbyes, looking forward to future collaborations.
